To assist in our goal of developing the knowledge of our people, CPF has implemented an effective knowledge management system and eLearning. Our Learning system supports both self-learning, classroom, on-the-job training, knowledge sharing, group collaboration.

• Employees can log in by internet to study, and access information such as news, case studies, research and reports to support their work and business units

• Electronic web boards allow our employees to post, exchange information, and collaborate on initiatives and projects

• Online meetings bring together our employees throughout the world in order to learn and receive assistance from leading experts and specialists
